I'm sure a lot of people out there are running Winamp 3.0, and I'm sure a good number of you are unsatisfied. I've never considered Winamp 3.0 worth my time, when they went from 2.xx to 3.0 they took out my favorite feature! I would feel alone about this except while reading forums around the internet I found a good number of people complaining about the same thing. This little feature is the J key jump feature. This lets you jump to any song you want based on a search criteria. This may not seem like much but when your dealing with 1000+ song playlists, finding the song you wanna hear can be a burden! They've also cleaned up the look of the player and made it easier to navigate, and easier to learn the hot keys. I'de recommend this upgrade for any Winamp user running a Pentium II 233+ mhz CPU and 128mbs of ram :) Under Win XP SP2 with 2700+ songs in the playlist the memory footprint ranged from 8 - 14 mbs of physical memory usuage.

FYI - If your curious why it's not called Winamp 4.0, after the disappointment of version 3 they decided the new one should be Winamp 2 + 3 (the best of) which equals Winamp 5
